JOB DESCRIPTION/ DETAILS
Analyzing Project Specifications, Developing Work Schedules, and Delegating tasks to different teams
Completing Equipment Process Designs using AutoCAD software and making appropriate adjustments
Ensuring that all Engineering and Manufacturing Processes are observed
Supervising staff and Manufacturing Processes and making appropriate recommendations for improvement
Collaborating with other Engineers and Technical personnel to develop instructional and training manuals where required
Ensuring that each Project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe
Scheduling Meetings and Training Sessions when necessary
Responsible for Project/ On-Site Process Engineering/ Site Engineering/ Plant/ Factory Automation/ and Overseas (SEA) Projects
Carry-Out Site Installations/ Field-Testing/ and Commissioning/ Lead Troubleshooting/ Repairs/ Parameter/ Process Control and Process Optimization/ & Failure Analysis of Various PassTech Equipment/ Process Machinery On-Site
Attend to Equipment Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Local and Overseas
Manage/ Accomplish/ and Submit Service Reports/ Acceptance Tests/ I/O Tests/ and Generate Taking Over Certificates (TOC) in accordance with the terms of the contract
Provide Well-Structured/ Comprehensive Equipment Documentation such as Installation Qualifications/ Operation Qualifications/ Performance Qualifications (IQ/ OQ/ and PQ) as Normally Required by Customer
Responsible for Tendering Process and Preparation for After Sales and Engineering Services
Update the Company/s Customer Relations Management (CRM) System and Deal with Customer Relations
QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a rRelated discipline
Strong Leadership, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities
The Ability to Motivate and Supervise Staff and Skilled Workers Onsite
A Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if required
Willing to Travel Local and Overseas for Project Deployments, and Attend Seminars and Trainings
